Demystifying the Ipsec Puzzle - Very interesting approach to explain IPSec as a set of different puzzles, then shed the light on each of them in turn. I find most of the book easy to understand, except chapter 6.
IPSec: The New Security Standard for the Internet, Intranets, and Virtual Private Networks, Second Edition - A good start for people who begin studying IPSec.
Networking
Computer Networking: A Top-Down Approach Featuring the Internet. Must read for every networking oriented students and researchers. Writing and presentation styles are very easy to follow.
